GOVERNANCE THAN CREATIVITY​​

Innovation governance can be thought of as a system of mechanisms to align goals, allocate resources and assign decision-making authority for innovation, across the company and with external parties.

Defining innovation governance is describing how the management team of a particular company has chosen to allocate responsibilities for innovation – overall or for part of it – within the organization. The mission to promote and oversee innovation can indeed be officially entrusted to a external interim manager

Good innovation governance requires additional questions to be addressed regarding the corporate aspects of your innovation activities, i.e. How can you innovate more effectively? With whom should you innovate? Will the core values be respected? Is there a CSR policy ?
